Από πού τις πήρες;

Αυτέςο\ οι φιγούρες ανήκουν σε μια σειρά που λέγεται P.O.P. (Portaits of Pirates). Έχουν βγει αρκετές στη σειρά, αλλά αυτές είναι οι τρεις τελευταίες, και οι πρώτες που απεικονίζουν τους ήρωες στην παιδική του ηλικία. Επειδή οι προηγούμενες δεν μου άρεσαν πάρα πολύ, δεν είχα ασχοληθεί. Ελπίζω μόνο να βγάλουν και τους υπόλοιπους.
Τις πήρα από e-bay. Είχα κάνει προπαραγγελία πριν από 3 μήνες περίπου, όταν ανακοινώθηκαν.

Funnily enough, this PVC figure does not seem to have a scale listed officially, but it looks to be around the 1/8 mark. Released near the end of November, it is part of the Megahouse Excellent Model series, and sculpted by Maki Inada. It is now sold out at the usual places.

The box is fairly normal, with art outside and secure plastic casing within.




I have used a default configuration of storing the big sword in the cloak casing, which has an open slot to slide the sword into. Of course, I think it’s a pity that the manufacturers sealed the other side of case, so you can’t make her dual wield.

As you can see, the face actually looks like that of Clare when she is releasing her yoma powers, but here we would have made a mistake. Don’t the eyes turn yellow and "cat-like" when Claymores release their powers? The eyes are painted on in some detail for this figure, and they indicate that she is not actually in yoma mode — they’re silver, which is what gives it such a freaky look. This is a Claymore in normal mode. Though the face is really elegant and does bear some semblance to Clare in the anime, it doesn’t really look like her.

One of the major drawing points for this figure is the shiny shiny armour, which actually turns out to be not as metal-smooth as we were led to think, but it’s still so SHINY. Though this figure is bereft of a lot of detailed work as such, sculpting intricacies can still be around the place. Quite distinct flash artifacts can be seen on her legs. The base has Clare’s symbol on it, and the Claymore title logo.

The shoulder armour for the left arm is removable, providing access to allow the user to switch her right arm for Ilena’s super-powered flash-sword arm. Unfortunately, flaws in the sculpting or manufacturing can be seen from this angle, with a noticeable crack-like thing running down the right side of her hair.

After switching her arm, we are ready for some Yoma-slaying action. Note how the dynamics of the figure really changes when you equip the sword in the hand. The width necessitates switching to landscape shooting, but somehow the figure still seems really balanced.

Well looks like there is finally a Claymore figure in the works and first up is our girl Clare.

She was unveiled at the resent Wonder Festival in Japan. She looks very nice indeed, the armor shines and buy all reports it looks like the right arm is replaceable and the sword and cape are removable. While there is a large hair seam I am hoping it is just preproduction issues. Darkmoon says she is coming out in November but this is unconfirmed. If true I may have to go on the cheap ramen diet to get her as budget is tight, because of other pre-orders that I have in for November. I will definitely be keeping my eyes out for when she goes on pre-order. Thanks goes to Dannychoo for the pics.

πάντως η 2η φιγούρα μάλλον ειναι διαφορετική γτ μου φάνηκε ότι το ασημί χρώμα ειναι διαφορετικό...

Είναι νομίζω από τι σειρά φιγούρων portrait of pirates.Eδώ ένα review για τη φιγούρα του Franky από την ίδια σειρά Astro Toy with Rob Bricken: One Piece Portrait Of Pirates - Franky - Anime News Network

Προσωπικά οι πρώτες μου αγορές φιγούρων θα είναι αυτών των πιλότων του Gundam00 για να πάνε και με τα mobile suits τους.
