To make it short, pre-smap era, je units actually disbanded (i know, i was shocked too oO).
smap changed that, and everyone after them is still going on which led us to the present situation = so many debuted and still active units, while juniors still increase and the demand for a debut remains. By debuting the kids, i guess the jimusho is taking the easy solution -cause their management is not as demanding και μπορουν να βαζουν στον παγο και να τα επαναφερουν κατα βουληση. (π.χ. παρα τον ολο ντορο ακομα δεν εχουν βγαλει album τα hey!say!jump)
Ofc, that's just a personal theory/conclusion, but at least now it seems like there's a logic behind it and maybe the old man has not lost it just yet...
