know what you are all thinking. These noobs and their theories. Well, me and a friend love to debate theories on Naruto after every chapter. And finally, I think that we found one that actually sounds credible. After reading the latest chapters of Naruto, my friend and I were pretty much pissed. We were thinking “Kishimoto is on Uchiha nuts. He’s doing nothing on developing Naruto, but is giving everything to Sasuke. Might as well call this series ‘Uchiha…’” Well, in a desperate attempt to find some kind of salvation for Naruto, we did research, and came to the conclusion that it’s VERY possible Naruto DOES have Rinnegan.
Okay let’s start out with the Rinnegan description (obtained from http://www.rinnegan.banpumpanya.com/ ):
“Rinnegan is the most powerful doujutsu among the three great eye techniques in Naruto manga comic, the other two doujutsu are Sharingan and Byakugan. Rinnegan transmigration eye or sometimes called metempsychosis eye which referred to reincarnation or rebirth is characterized by a number of concentric ripple-like circles around the pupil of the user. This power being said to be able to bring salvation when the world is in chaos or destroy the world reducing everthing to dust. Rinnegan is the advance bloodline inheritance limit and was originally possessed by Rokudou Sennin the Sage of the six paths, Rokudou Sennin is also the founder of the ninja world and the creator of ninja techniques called ninjutsu. Currently Pein the Akatsuki leader is the only known user of Rinnegan power.”
Obviously this sounds familiar. The Chosen Child sounds JUST LIKE the description of the Rinnegan’s power. For unknown reasons, after Jiraiya fights Pain and realizes that the six people were from HIS past, and that Nagato was completely absent from the six, he was SURE that Naruto was the Chosen Child. Why? Maybe it’s because he realized that it was impossible for Nagato to be the prophecy. Maybe BECAUSE the six were people were only people that related toward Jiraiya’s own past, it might have contradicted Jiraiya’s assumption of Nagato being the chosen one. At this point we are left at nothing but curiosity, but what IF Naruto was the Chosen Child, and Jiraiya was right. The descriptions alone sound similar enough to assume if he is the prophecy, it relates to the Rinnegan.
Now for Naruto’s mother. It’s possible that Naruto’s power comes not form his dad, but from his mother. Nagato was a war orphan that resided in Rain Village. Rain and Whirlpool are possible allies considering both revolve around water. If Naruto’s mother ended up in leaf after her village was destroyed, maybe Nagato was an orphan that got sent to Rain. It’s possible that because Nagato had Rinnegan, it was a Whirlpool trait. Not in an Uchiha or Byakugan way, but more so a legend that was primarily from Whirlpool.
-It is possible the Rinnegan can be a water trait since the eyes resemble ripples, as Sharingan resembles fire or flames, and the Byakugan resembles light.
After chapter 402, I’ve convinced myself of something… I think Kishimoto is putting out a pattern of power for the battles. Think about it.
Naruto vs. Sasuke
Naruto Controlled Kyuubi vs. Sasuke Sharingan
Naruto Crazy Kyuubi vs. Mastered Sharingan Sasuke
Naruto Tailed vs. CS2 Sasuke
But these past chapters have disrupted the pattern. Sasuke LOST his CS2. But in return he received his own Mangekyou Sharingan. The ultimate power he could currently obtain. After this, I’m sure many fans were pissed at Kishi’s love for Uchiha, but what IF he wasn’t done with the pattern?
Sasuke loses CS power but gains the new crazy eyes. What about Naruto?
Naruto loses his FOX and obtains RINNEGAN.
So what can I do to support this? Ch. 309

I may never see you again, but I must warn you… don’t kill Naruto… you will regret it. Look at those words. I MAY NEVER SEE YOU AGAIN. This implies that Sasuke may never see the Fox again, but what does that mean? And don’t kill Naruto?
Let me summarize my guess:
Madara finally has a new power at his side: Hawk. With Hawk, Madara finally has the power to take over Leaf. And what of Pain? Pain revealed that HE was the one that wanted to get the tailed demons in order to create the most powerful jutsu (I‘m guessing the whole political reason for obtaining the beasts was a lie in order to get the others to help). Madara revealed that his goal was to take over the leaf. Konan seems to just follow Pain. Pain may just be helping Madara in exchange for help in return, especially with Madara being so powerful vice-versa.

Multiple goals. Finally with Hawk, Madara and Akatsuki are able to take over the leaf. This final battle seems lost and Madara is finally the victor, but Sasuke quickly overpowers Madara to take his seat as leader and exact revenge for his part in his brother’s death, along with taking his eyes, making him unstoppable. In the process, Pain is able to finally capture Naruto and with Pain’s unbelievable power, he is able to defeat him and extract the Fox for his own needs.

Is it possible Kishi made the Fox say this to imply that the next time Naruto and Sasuke fight, the Fox will be absent? But that is impossible. With the Fox extracted, it can only mean death. Gaara, along with the others, died post-extraction. What does this do with Naruto having Rinnegan? REINCARNATION. The Rinnegan has the power of Rebirth, Reincarnation, and the ability to control death itself. “Don’t kill Naruto, you will regret it.” Is it possible that after the years the Fox was inside Naruto, he knew of Naruto’s Rinnegan? Maybe he knew the ONLY way Naruto would obtain it is if he died and triggered the bloodline’s effects: the power to never die. As with Sharingan, maybe Naruto has his own specific Rinnegan. Maybe it’s the spiral that relates so much to his name, mother’s village, and the very patch he’s worn on his arm since the beginning. If anything, I’m guessing the only thing that can defeat a Rinnegan is another Rinnegan user. Naruto is able to defeat Pain and defeats Sasuke, or the other way around depending on the importance of the villains by the end of the series. If anything the series end here with Naruto being the most powerful ninja in world. The Chosen One.
I know this seems like a lot, but I think it’s very possible. Even when Jiraiya was training Nagato, he said his learning was incredibly fast compared to the others because of his bloodline. Sound familiar? Kage Bunshin in one day? Rasengan in a few weeks? Summoning Gammabunta in less than a week? Mastered Rasengan in a few weeks? All this as opposed to years. Naruto’s jutsu growth rate was considerably noticeable. Maybe his “hidden bloodline” had something to do with it.
On the point about the pattern, it would also fit. I mean his shuriken rasengan is more of a wind element attack vs. Sasuke's Kirin which is a lightning element attack. Sharingan is his fire element side and Naruto is a obviously water as his 2nd element from his mother. So their other elements can take a better part by having it be a doujutsu battle with water vs. fire doujutsus. Rinnegan IMO is definately a water trait, and I'm convinced it was from whirlpool. It already resembles a whirlpool along with Pain's "rain control" it seems to be leading toward a more water contentrated doujutsu. Also what creates a whirlpool? Water and wind, both of which are Naruto's elements. So I'm pretty sure it's to the point Kishimoto wants it to end with Naruto being strong not because of his father, like we all expect, but from his mother, who we didn't expect.
It would be the perfect cliche ending. I'm sure Kishi doesn't want the series to end with the fox inside Naruto with the whole "they became BFFs that help each other for lyf" bull. The point that Naruto's teachers were trying to get across was that he SHOULDN'T rely on the fox. They want HIM to become stronger. If Kishi DOES want to remove it, Naruto has to die. But unless it ends there, what's the ONLY way he can live?
If you think about it, maybe the reincarnation was the basis of the whole Obito - Tobi - Madara theory this whole time. Why did Madara choose Pain for the Akatsuki? Because maybe Pain has the possibility to reincarnate bodies into new ones, also. Maybe Madara was on the verge of death and needed to keep living. If he met Pain and realized his potential, they became accomplices, and Pain helped Madara get a new body with his reincarnation ability. Whose body is that? I'm sure Madara's Uchiha pride would want him to take not ANYONES body, but an Uchiha. The Uchihas were still alive, and I doubt his pride for his heritage would make him want to kill one of his own. That is until he hears of an Uchiha that recently died (Obito), and takes this opportunity to finally have a young new body. This can explain his double personalities and why he stated "My power... Uchiha Madara's power."
Remember this is all theory speculated for the sake of curiosity and discussion.
