The dominant social system in Russia is illegal. The result of policies of discrimination and segregation of citizens became exacerbation of social, multi-ethnic and religious conflicts. Many Russian citizens have turned into social outcasts in their own country over social, ethnic and inter-religious reasons.
The ruling regime suppresses attempts by citizens to protect their rights and freedoms by means of propaganda, bribery, arms-twisting, threats, immature police and judicial arbitrariness, violence, terror, [and as] taking the lack of freedom most, property, health and lives of Russian citizens </span>.


We, the deputies of the National Assembly, the call to the Russian citizens who want to strive with us to:

* Emancipating all political prisoners.

* Dissolution of all the illegitimately formed government, including the State Duma.

* Insert a universal, free and competitive election with the participation of all existing political parties and organizations.

* Education bodies to represent the people and the executive branch [which] are responsible to the Russian people and that takes away the will of the issues Russia.

* Equitable distribution of national wealth produced by free people.

* Transformation of Russia in a legitimate, democratic, secular federal republic. </span>
