The point is that most women still expect men to make the first step and approach them. I can´t count the number of times, women have told me that they like confident men who are bold and who are not afraid to make a move.

At the same time, the very same women are too shy or too afraid to make a move on a man they like. Only a very small number of women have the guts (and the social skills!) to approach a man they like. But most of those women will talk to you for hours about equal rights and how gender stereotypes are so damaging. But they still expect men to make the first move, because....they are men! ("If a man is too afraid to approach me, he is not a real man. I wouldn´t want a man like that! I like confident men!")

Now here is some female logic: Most of them expect that men make the first step but complain about it when they get approached. The problem is that they want to decide which men approach them and when they approach them and under what circumstances. Basically, they want to be in control of the situation while at the same time, being completely passive!

Ladies, this is not going to work! You can´t control a situation by being passive. And if one of your major expectations in a "real man" is that he has the guts to approach you, you can´t complain later, when they do in fact approach you! If you want to change that, you have to approach men!

What you ladies are doing is complaining that ice-cream is cold!
